- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Im not a happy customer.I was supposed to get my refund in 7-14 days.My Obama care insurance was bypassed when my return was done and I got something in the mail to fill out because they had record of me paying insurance and it wasn't showing on my return.I feel like my fee should either be free or adjusted because this was not my mistake.By Lindsey Little, August 01, 2017
